Welcome to Publik Chat. By using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read carefully before subscribing, purchasing, or using our platform.


1. Services Provided

  1. Publik Chat offers access to WhatsApp Business API features, chatbot setup, automation flows, and live agent management tools.
  2. We provide subscription packages that may include bulk messaging, AI bot training, campaign management, and optional agent services.
  3. Features and limits (e.g., number of templates, messages, or bot replies) depend on the chosen package.

2. WhatsApp API Compliance

  1. Publik Chat uses the official WhatsApp Business ecosystem and follows Meta’s Commerce and Messaging Policies.
  2. Customers are responsible for ensuring their WhatsApp Business Account is verified and approved.
  3. Prohibited content (spam, adult, political, harmful, or illegal content) cannot be sent through Publik Chat.
  4. All broadcast messages and templates must be approved by WhatsApp before sending.


3. Chatbot & AI Use

  1. AI bots are trained only on customer-provided data (files, PDFs, templates, FAQs).
  2. Publik Chat does not guarantee 100% accuracy of bot responses. Businesses should regularly review and update their bot training data.
  3. Bots cannot be used for unauthorized financial advice, medical guidance, or restricted industries as per WhatsApp policy.
  4. Sensitive or personal data should not be stored in training documents unless consent is obtained from end users.


4. Subscription Packages & Payments

  1. Packages are billed monthly or yearly as per the chosen plan.
  2. Fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
  3. Upgrade or downgrade of packages will be applied from the next billing cycle.
  4. WhatsApp per-conversation or template message fees (charged by Meta or BSP provider) are not included in package prices and will be billed separately.


5. Customer Obligations

  1. You are responsible for providing accurate business information during setup.
  2. You must have proper consent from your customers before sending messages, campaigns, or promotions.
  3. You may not use Publik Chat to harass, spam, or mislead customers.
  4. Any misuse may result in account suspension without refund.


6. Data Privacy & Security

  1. Publik Chat respects your privacy. Your business data, customer chats, and training files remain confidential.
  2. We implement reasonable security measures to protect stored data.
  3. You retain ownership of your uploaded content and customer information.


7. Live Agent Services (If Included)

  1. Publik Chat may provide trained agents to manage chats on your behalf.
  2. Agents will follow agreed scripts and service levels.
  3. Publik Chat is not liable for customer dissatisfaction arising from miscommunication beyond agreed scope.


8. Limitation of Liability

  1. Publik Chat is not responsible for:
  2. WhatsApp API approval delays or rejections
  3. Downtime caused by third-party providers or WhatsApp servers
  4. Loss of business due to misuse of the platform
  5. Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for your last subscription cycle.


9. Termination

  1. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but fees already paid are non-refundable.
  2. Publik Chat reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating WhatsApp or Publik Chat policies.


10. Governing Law

  1. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Sultanate of Oman (or replace with your jurisdiction).
  2. Any disputes shall be resolved in the Company Policy.


11. Updates to Terms

  1. Publik Chat may update these Terms from time to time.
  2. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
